My oh my, such a devotion to the past. We cling to what was by fearing the future that is colored by the slings and arrows of the past experiences and beliefs. Curious huh? And to think that this is a learned capacity based upon a collective belief in the power of the way it has been. Too many fear change and so they are tethered to permutations of past pain. Relationships end and a new version of the same ol' walks in to perpetuate the cycle of "why does this keep happening to me?! That is the old world...
In this fast revealing and rising new world we are embracing the inevitability of change and discovering that letting go and non resistance and flow are the new "normal" (though only for a breath or two). It is quite literally becoming impossible to stay the same. Dropping worn out beliefs based on decisions made during the wounds of yesterday is the new cool way to reclaiming nirvana.
We are changing whether we want to or not. Getting the big picture through these sessions will open up the pathway to a new kind of freedom.
