Each class is once a month on Tuesday *
*please note that there may be occasional interruptions and adjustments
due to my travel schedule
Each 30-90 minute teleconference class session is $10 for information, on line resources,
application activities, and session recording. Pay by class. Self care Class is $20 per class.
Each class is available as a complete class bundle
(12 sessions) for a discount of $90 (reg. $120)
(save $30 off per class prices)
The best deal is to sign up for all 6 Mini Classes: $420 (reg. $540)
Sign up before January 9, 2023 for all 6 and
receive an additional discount of $110

Upon payment for any of the above you will receive class schedules and
further instructions including suggested pre activities.
