The Power of the Breath
Slowing down the rate of breathing can elicit a profound state of relaxation. The life force, or chi, is brought in to infiltrate the cells and integrate the calming vibration of the Life Force. Breathing brings clarity, calmness, and openness. It is the foundation for embracing the forms of the moments.
