FOR THE CLIENT:
Chant is the singing of intentional music as practiced by world cultures for thousands of years. It borrows from Hindu, Native American, Buddhist, and Islamic traditions as well as from original and esoteric sources such as Atlantean and Lemurian. Chants are sung for extended periods of time to bypass the intellect and mind activity, to elevate personal vibration, soothe the emotions, and bring one to a clear, meditative center.
Mantra borrows from the Hindu and Sanskrit traditions. One repeats specific syllables of sound to facilitate the desired condition and elicit esoteric support for a significant vibrational transformation.
Movement Be it improvisation or structured dance, movement engages the body’s cells and viscera and and energy to ground and solidify the sound or musical vibration. Utilizing elements of eurythmy, Gabriela Roth’s 5 elements, and improvisation, participants will experience an energetic realignment.
Group Singing will utilize short, repetitive, affirmative songs to create a group vibration and thus shift energy levels and empower the energetic bodies.
Interactive Dance uses specific dances as practiced by Dances of Universal Peace and the Sufi tradition to provide movement, reflection, and celebration, thus building the spirit of community.
Connecting Songs are paired and group movement songs that open hearts and manifest spiritual oneness. They are unifying, sensitive, robust and fun.
Drumming Circles of rhythmic sound that feed the 3 lower chakras and assist individuals in rediscovering their personal beat.
Trance Dance Events Evening sound, music and movement events that focus specifically on cleansing, energizing, and expanding each of the 7 chakras. Seven 20 minute sessions of light and sound.
Group Sound Celebrations Large group explorations of vocal sound and throat chakra empowerment utilizing seed sounds, vowels, syllables, nonsense vocalizations and play
Concerts of Motivational Music Presentation songs and singalongs in a concert setting aligned to the topic or intention of the group or event.

FOR THE CENTER
- There are a variety of sound related energetic tools, services, and events that could be offered for the location and the entire staff as well. These might include:
- Energetic cleansing of the entire grounds including on site buildings. Includes frequency setting via spoken intention (as determined by the spa directors and staff.)
- Whole staff group clearing and energetic alignment to bring the whole site into balance and set a palpable unified vibe.
- Collective visioning and energetic intentional activations.
- Short courses on expansive human connection and witnessing wholeness
- Facilitate processes to clear the unspoken and energetic issues between staff and between staff and administration

Individual and small group sessions to address specific vibrational blockages through opening and cleansing the throat chakra.
- Vibrational Attunement
Utilization of sound healing tools (gongs, quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rattles, drums and voice) to address specific and individual physical challenges.
- Personalized Attunement CD
Creation of voice and music CD to address individual’s life challenges. Uses person’s own voice over ambient soundscapes, nature sounds, chakra- specific drones, or relevant songs and chants.
- Original Healing Song
Created and recorded song based upon client’s condition, needs, and vision as intuited through interview.
