Three Expansions for Reflection
Expansion One: A Message from me… (Mark Stanton Welch)
The phrase “I Am That I Am Expressing As Me” dropped in during the creation of Tools for the Times. It pointed in a very interesting direction…to the Source of All. It soon became apparently obvious that I and we are a direct component of the Cosmic Source, a unique expression with a unique set of skills and talents and experiences to have and be had in the Earthly Third Dimension of free choice and seeming duality. Surely we are far from what we had been taught for many incarnations. We have already established that.
Suffice it to say that you are a “work in progress”…so to speak. Let me clarify. Though we are designed as a Whole Being, our awareness along with the Earth Domain rules of engagement have snatched that awareness from our conscious access. Thus you are a direct element of the Cosmic Source incarnated into this glorious Earth Plane to remember and reawaken and reclaim the Whole Truth of You and put it into conscious action in your moments of living. As an infinite energetic being you are also here by choice to assist in facilitating the collective transformation of humanity in these early Aquarian Age days.
You are a divine spiritual being living in a remarkable human physical body vehicle with complete access to the fluid world of emotion and a magnificent mind that easily makes manifest your every thought and focus. With a host of unseen etheric support as well as a personal Source Connection in the Higher Self you are pioneering the conscious movement into fourth and fifth dimensional living. Connected with all of life in design and intent you are being redirected towards living fully in the moment to become a willing and full expression of Compassion, Gratitude, and Grace.
You are designed for perfect health, unwavering abundance, with a host of dimensional tools and powers to live in oneness with all of life. You are destined to fully wake up in your own time in accordance with your free will choices to consciously live in your aligned vibration as a unique frequency in a world that is completely of your own design. You are unlimited, unequivocally loved and cherished, filled with incessant wonder and imagination, fully capable of complete self care and unconditional love through your self cleansing and self repairing energetic bodies.
Let all of this in…and let’s see what else you are…
Expansion Two: A Mighty Claim
Now, let’s set an intention in motion as we speak this affirmative and intentional statement out loud 7 times:
I, ___________________________________ (Birth Name), now fully remember my point of incarnation into this life. I easily recall my purpose, my desires, my learnings, my yearnings, my work, my relationships, my past lives. I invite and embrace my expanded state of knowing how this Universe works, my relationship with Source, my expanded senses and capabilities, my multi-dimensional selves, my guides, teachers, and etheric beings, my skills and talents. I know that at any time I can revisit that entry point and set new intentions that will be made manifest in my current life. I celebrate the ongoing flow and continuity of my I Am That Am Expressing As Me and completely support my Soul's unique journey in this human physical body with unconditional Love, compassion, and empathy. In this flow I allow life to feed me and bring forth a grand adventure that births the Whole of Me in all my moments. And so it is

Expansion Three: Some Aquarian Characteristics
In your power you are open. Your heart chakra becomes your center. You have direct access to cosmic guidance and support. Your connection with the Earth is solid and reciprocal, allowing the empowering energies to infuse your energetic bodies in addition to activating an ongoing cleansing of lower frequency releases. Your systems work as designed, smoothing your moments to open up the mulit-dimensional elements of this plane. Your connection with the natural world intensifies to include higher frequency interaction that borders on heretofore supernatural realms. You become comfortable with the new “way it is”. This comfort level, in turn, invites more to reveal itself. Your capacity for communicating with dimensions increases as you lose the fear of “Hollywood style experiences” and discover how natural expanded living is. Your knowing of the forms of things is established and becomes a solid, replenishing foundation to increase your understanding of the flow of all life. You freely choose balance which means you are more inclined to allow the inner wisdom of the design to perform perfectly without oversight and tinkering…you trust. You access and utilize the Laws of the Cosmos, experiencing the Divine Dynamic that underscores the foundational frequency of Love.
In authentic power you trust life, maintaining always a higher perspective in response to the forms of your specific moments. This feeds the revelation process that reveals more and more to you. The more that is revealed the more there is to reveal. It is an inner process that shows up in the outer, a self generating system of feedback that is the pure land of delight.
We are designed for the now. Being free of the illusions and the energetic debris we are then able to respond more powerfully to the forms brought forth by our own Higher Self in the now. The dance of reawakening is built into each of us. We each know the specific steps necessary to lift and guide us through our personal dark forest of ignorance. Knowing this initiates the remembering. The powerful information is contained in us by design. Moments trigger the opening and revelation of the specific information that reignites our power. It is activated by awareness. We must each become very conscious witnesses to our own coming home. Then we must be solid in our will center to take action upon the gift of the awareness.
