Here in the Heart CD Theme: Transition 1
Transition is a process of changing forms, moving from one expression into a higher frequency one. The act of transitioning is often accompanied by fear of the unknown. We constrict and resist, we reach back and hold on, we close our eyes and do not see the loving hand that is reaching out to catch us as we fall. This collection of truth affirming songs are to be companions on the journey through the veils of misunderstanding, limitation, and illusion. Originally gathered to support the process of dying, they now feed the inner knowing and acceptance and flow of profound change. They can support the one who is dying by reacquainting them with deeper truths they have forgotten to alleviate the grip of fear. They can be a tool for Hospice volunteers to assist the delicate moments of witnessing and comforting the beautiful release.
Please remember that unless noted, all songs were previously released on other CDs.

Eternal Soul CD Theme: Transition 2
Standing at the door between two dimensions is a powerful moment of surrender. It is a clear point of choice where we can take off the cloak of illusion and stand unfettered in the divine design or fall into the abyss of giving up and keeping the perspective of fear. Death is a portal of remembering, in both directions. Entering into the moment of surrender invites a reawakening to the personal I Am template that contains the truth of your being. Remember who you are and set in motion a powerful process that blesses you with a deep peace. Originally created as a Hospice tool to support client and practitioner, this set of powerful songs can be for anyone making significant change as well. Wake up, eternal one!

The practitioners of Hospice provide a magnificent process that addresses one of the greatest challenges for humans transitioning form from physical life to physical death…isolation. Their tender, compassionate, and respectful presence insures that one passes knowing they have been witnessed as alive, as human, no matter what else, what drama, may be playing out in the familial realm. So much happens as the being prepares to return to the greater knowing. Revelations occur as the veil of fear is transcended. Miracles happen with relationships. Healings occur. One’s awareness expands to clear away misunderstandings and open inner vistas to a greater expansive reality. And sometimes, nothing happens as the one simply carries their treasured perspectives to the other side.
Death is also about those left behind, integrating the event, dealing with the details, processing the inevitable flow of feelings.
Three arenas, the dying, the ones left behind, and the Hospice practitioner…all with feelings and energy about what is happening. Much of it hard to express, explore, or understand. Many have no one to talk frankly with. And this is where music can be so very valuable. The songs included on these two CDs intended for Hospice use are powerful vehicles of clearing, release, and healing. Listening to them opens up one on a cellular platform to allow the greater wisdom from within to sweep through. I invite you to explore this music and see how simply playing it the background can shift the energy, the vibrations, the resistance, the understanding, the experience…

To transition is to move from one form to another. It can be a gentle process resulting from a conscious journey of inner change or it can be a roller coaster that follows a shocking and catalytic event....or anywhere in between. As one consciously transcends, there is integration, increased awareness, choice, and more integration. It is a process. Even when it is seemingly spontaneous, there can be a flow in. In fact, as you would think by now, the more conscious one is, the more likely the big picture is embraced and one expands in a spherical way...into the brand new world.

Some reflections on Death…
and the Songs
Acknowledge and honor beginnings and endings. To do so marks the path with awareness and respect. Everything ends…and we move on. By celebrating the ending we energetically step into a new frequency. So many are dragging the energetic cords of life up till now. These unterminated memories weigh us down vibrationally and energetically. They interrupt our flow and cloud our experience with confusion. Be clean with endings. Choose to not walk away without the blessings and the learnings that each moment of life brings to us. Communicate the experience and give homage to its impact, its influence, its beauty. The things we want out of our lives are often the primary teachers for us. Remember this. Bring to conclusion the what has been.
It is useful to acknowledge the ending. Owning its lessons, its challenges, and speaking them, to the source, if possible, sets the table for energetic clarity. Express what I loved the most about you, what was a challenge for me, what I will remember, my wish for you, my wish for myself are conscious tools that make a profound difference in allowing us to walk in our frequency, free of the energetic influence of the past. Use these…and say “goodbye”.

When plans are complete
Then body is released
Soul does return to the Light
And I go on and on

Eternal Soul by Mark Stanton Welch
Dis-ease can lead to a variety of forms of living. Some are caught and treated with Western Medicine techniques that cure the symptoms, at least temporarily. Others are cleared in the root cause through a variety of techniques that clear the energy and thoughts responsible for its manifestation. While, for others, the journey leads to transformation of form into the multi-dimensional fabric…leaving the physical body behind.
Death is an adventure in remembering. It is personal for each who walks through the door. If the death is quick then there is little time for reflection, remembering, or reawakening. If, instead, death follows a lengthy period of terminal illness, one has the opportunity to look at oneself, for better or worse. Studies show that most people have some insight during the process. They awaken to who they are truly, beyond the forms of life they chose, the family, the culture, the work, the beliefs. Often, the more conscious the journey is the more profound the awakening. So, that the moment of transition occurs, the soul is ready, willing, and able to step into the new dimension.
The music of Mark Stanton Welch can be a welcome friend during this path’s travels. The songs speak of a clarity of knowing about who we are. They offer perspectives that are strangely familiar to the depths of our being. They assist in clearing out the old, hindering, limited thinking and beliefs that helped bring about the condition in the first place. They feed and nourish the spirit and assist in expanding vibration and opening doors to unseen assistance and support. They invite singing, which energizes the cells and raises one’s frequencies into lighter places.
You are invited to explore the songs and find those that will walk beside you, nourish you, and help you remember just how beautiful and wonderful you are and have always been…
