What Is Ascension?



Ascension is basically raising your vibration to higher frequencies. In doing so, you cleanse off lower vibrational residue to reawaken a clearer and cleaner version of the I Am expressing as you.

Ascension is remembering who you truly are, free from the leaned patterns of limitation.

Others say ascension “is a process of enlightenment which allows the physical human body to gradually become less dense and yet still exist as a physical entity.”  Meg Colby

Or, “A process of spiritual awakening. It is where an initiate connects both to the spiritual realms and the holy realms within. The initiate remembers the higher plan for earth as well as his/her own divine plan and purpose for incarnating. It can be an uncomfortable process that requires the initiate to break away from all that is known or old patterns, belief systems, and behaviors that are not compatible with the ascension process.” Amanda Guggenheimer

Applying Your Awareness
of Ascension
  • Reread the section on supportive beliefs. With each get a feel for the depth of your connection to it. Is it something you resonate with? Are you already using it to integrate the times? Are you having challenge with it?

  • Take several of the above a day and make then a focus for your consciousness that day. Apply the ideas whenever you can and wherever you can. What are the results? Pay attention. Do this until you have experienced them all. Then decide what you will move with.

 

  • Consider the idea that you are being ushered into a new dimension that allows you to be a great deal more of who you are by design…at some cost to the familiar life and forms you have had. How do you feel about this? Would you support the expansion if you are required to surrender some investment in limitations?

 

  • If indeed, we have moved over the threshold from the Third Dimension to the Fourth in December of 2012, pay attention to what is and what feels different to you. How is  life showing up for you? What is your response to the changing forms? Are you willing to surrender and support the movement? What part of you resists? Can you be OK with that and still allow the reawakening?

 

  • Consider removing your energetic investment in things that do not work for you anymore. So much of our lives was running on autopilot simply out of habit. The patterns were tolerable mainly because they were familiar and probably looked like a whole lot of work to change. Perhaps you even thought that was who you were and it was unchangeable. Project your life beyond the limited thinking and the routine. Do you like it? Do you want it? Are you willing to allow it and embrace it?

 

  • Reread the section on Living in Ascension. How does this sound to you? Are you willing to do all that is necessary to create a life that stands on these elements and more? If so, get started. If not, look at the resistance. Perhaps it is time to test the waters and see what happens. Say yes to ascension….
