The Power of the Breath

Slowing down the rate of breathing can elicit a profound state of relaxation. The life force, or chi, is brought in to infiltrate the cells and integrate the calming vibration of the Life Force. Breathing brings clarity, calmness, and openness. It is the foundation for embracing the forms of the moments.

I invite you to breathe in through the nose for a count of 4, hold for 2, breathe out for 4, and hold for 2. Repeat the cycle for 10 rounds. Look at the pictures to the right while you breathe. Now, how can I help you find smooth solution to your concern?

None of it is shared or sold. I use it to contact you with information and offers regarding my music and events only. Note also that all commerce flows through the highly secure Pay Pal Pro channels. A Note Regarding Shipping

I am a traveling musician for a portion of each month. During that time I am not able to ship CDs from home. If possible I am able to ship while on the road any CD I am carrying with me. So, please know that it may take up to 10 days before I am able to ship. I know that in these days of Amazon deliveries quickly that it seems way too long to wait to receive the CD. I am researching drop ship. The challenge is that I have so many CDs that doing so would be cost prohibitive. If you really want the CD right away and I am on tour, then consider an MP3 download. I have included instructions for both PC and Mac on how to download and save your files. Please refer to that and it will be a smooth experience. Contact me via phone, or email and I will gladly make sure you are taken care of and...thank you for your patience and your understanding.
