Let’s say it again…everything is vibration …energy oscillating in an ever changing dance. We are in vibration, energy moving to align into a higher frequency balance that will deliver to us our inherent capacity to live fully and experience all the variety this Earth plane has to offer. So, too, we are connected and interconnected with all forms of life in a harmonious composition of symbiotic support. Everything we see, hear, feel, taste, and smell are some form of energy. Our thoughts, beliefs, words, intentions…all energetic forms shape shifting from the now to the next now. Our set of bodies are all varying frequencies that mutually serve one another, stepping down from the spiritual to the physical level. We live from the inside to the out, from the outside to the in, interfacing with the waves and particles that align in this breath as called forth by your own Higher Self.
