Applying Your Awareness
of Cycles to Your
Moments of Living

  • Take time to observe and get to know your own established cycles and rhythms. Do they still serve you. Can you begin to see other ways to do things, relying more on the flow of life and her rhythms? Choose to do something different and pay attention. Embrace change…

  • Start spending time in Nature more. Look for cycles in the flow of things. Look for rhythmic patterns in the design of things. Examine the world in which you live. Take nothing for granted. If it is your playground and laboratory then take advantage of this remarkable opportunity.

  • Follow your personal moods and energy swings. Start to look for occurrences that cause shifts. Look for causes and make adjustments when you find them. Monitor the impact.

  • Celebrate the miracle of the design and the performance of your physical body. Acknowledge and appreciate and support all the cycles and rhythms of its systems. Feed it…

  • Pay attention to your breathing cycle. Experiment to find which breathing patterns work for you. Practice breathing like you did when you were unencumbered. Reawaken your deeper inner knowing by breathing with awareness.
