-integration point for seven in body chakras, fed by spiritual energy from crown since birth. Depending on how this was received and supported will influence mightily our relationship with the world and its inhabitants
The importance of becoming familiar with this information is to see the natural sequence of chakra maturation and the discern specific issues that can develop if the flow is compromised by event, situation, programming, pressure, or decision. Understanding and identifying this can then allow re-education, repatterning, and realignment of neurological pathways.
For each chakra and age period allow yourself to intuitively list any issues or challenges that are revealed. Trust the first thought and add it to the list. It may feel like you are making it up. Trust that and see what unfolds.Some very important information may surface. Your list will be as long as it is. Depending on life events and decisions during the activation of the chakra, you may have lots in one and few in another. Remain open to revelation even after the listing is completed.

Now make a list of the issues/blocks identified in each chakra and create an alternate truth to it. This truth can become the basis of the new foundation and the re-education strategy for each.
First read through each and allow yourself to feel where its energy is held. Pay attention to it and notice what it does, stay still or move? Invite it to release and clear. Encourage it. Then witness the movement of the energy and allow any emotion that comes up to play out fully.
You will need to read and speak out loud these new beliefs daily, at least in the morning upon arising and before going to bed. Consider recording them all on a recording and play them back in the background while you are doing other tasks or word. Repetition will serve to replace them over time depending on the frequency and intensity with which you work with them
