Root Chakra
- I Am, in all ways and on all levels, whole and complete. I require nothing or no one to fix me or fill me up. Thus, I am free to surrender to fully live and love all the forms that come my way.
- In all my moments I maintain my foundation and allow flexibility and flow to support me through life. I am grounded to earth and like a tree move gracefully through all the winds that may blow.
- In all ways and at all times I am safe. I attract only situations and people of higher vibration, where I can fully be my unlimited self.
- In all ways, on all dimensions, and in all levels, I Am completely safe.
- I am nourished by the Spirit within. Every cell in my body is filled with Light. I give thanks for my radiant health and happiness.
- I choose to eat nourishing food, engage in fun and exhilarating exercise, rest and sleep to meet my needs, and listen and respond to my body’s callings.
- At all times I remain fully in my body. All my energy fields remain clear and clean and in perfect alignment. My greatest peace and power comes when all my bodies are fully integrated and solid on the earth.
Sacral Chakra
- On all levels and in all dimensions, I now completely release all fear vibrations and frequencies and residue. I choose calmness, clarity, awareness and power to surround myself always in a loving cocoon of safety.
- In all my moments and in all dimensions I am safe, secure, wise, courageous, resourceful, whole, creative and capable.
- In my wholeness, I allow my wildness, passion, and exuberance to spontaneously attract people and situations to me to deeply experience full-throttled living. I dance, sing and celebrate my moments with flowing creativity and unbridled delight.
- I easily let go of that which no longer serves me.
- In this moment I release, on all levels, in all my energy bodies, and in all dimensions the energetic memory and toxic residue of any experience that has impacted me and diminished my vibration of Wholeness.
- In all my moments, I access, allow, and celebrate my infinite wellspring of creativity. As an inspired being, I easily form solution to all my opportunities.
- I love life and choose to allow the conscious flow of emotion, enriching my moments to reveal the juiciness of this magnificent incarnation.
Solar Plexus Chakra
- In all my moments I easily make and take action on decisions.
- I am a powerful being. All my knowledge, skills, talents, and capabilities are available to me at any time.
- On all levels, in all dimensions, and in all my energy bodies, I now release the energetic residue of anger, power, and control, used by others on me, used by me upon others, or used by me upon myself. I now stand clearly and cleanly in my own power, confident, safe, and willing to make decisions and take action for the Highest Good of all involved.
- I easily set and maintain strong energetic boundaries to stay in my clear vibration of Wholeness.
- In all my relationships I choose cooperation, mutual respect, and clear communication when possible. I easily decide between yes and no and confidently express my choice.
- I am courageous, confident, clear, and willing to be adventurous. In this frequency I live in the now with a trust of guidance and insight that consistently comes to me.
- I stand here in my power. I am fully realized. I am free of limitations. I am Holy. I’m Divine. With endless energy and talent I manifest my dreams. All my cells are in alignment. I’m as God created me. I Am. I Am. I Am.
Heart Chakra
- On all levels, in all dimensions, and in all my energy bodies, I now release the energetic residue of all past relationships that did not honor me. I now choose to freely give and receive love without hesitation. I proclaim my lovability and celebrate that I am a divine expression of Love in all my moments. I bring only those beings and situations into my life who resonate in Unconditional Love. And so it is.
- I call forth all my relationships on all levels of consciousness to stand before me as I stand before you, in Love. I ask you to forgive and honor me as I forgive and honor you. I embrace all bonds between us in unconditional Love, transmute them into the divine expression of Creative love and acknowledge that all my relationships are in Divine perfection. And so it is
- I proclaim the Essence of Love to be my own and command that it resonate throughout my Universe on all levels of consciousness transmuting all interfering energies into the divine expression of Creative love. And so it is.
- I Am Love. I am loveable. I give and receive Love freely without hesitation and without restriction. I Am completely open to experiencing the cleansing and healing power of Love in all my energy bodies, in all my moments, and in all my relationships. In my balance and clarity I choose Unconditional Love in all my interactions. I Love fully the Me That I Am. And so it is.
- Love is the only power. Love is. Love is my work. Love is what I Am. Love is the foundational frequency of all that is. Living in this essence I move in the unification and the oneness in all my moments. Therefore, nothing can harm me unless I choose to make it so.
- I see and hear only through the energy of compassion, empathy, equality, and Oneness. These frequencies bring a calm and a peace to any situation.
