  • Spend time in the early morning or late afternoon sun getting direct solar energy on your body. Let it fall on your face and hands. In the morning you are receiving celestial coding riding on the solar rays/wind. It is information that goes directly to the cells and assists them in their alignment with the vibration of the day. Of course, practice due diligence regarding sun exposure. There is growing evidence that the conditions ignited by the chemicals in the sunscreens are far more hazardous than the sun’s rays…

 

  • Pay attention to spinal activity, especially if there are any discomforts or callings. Note the location and refer to the specific vertebrae and its corresponding spiritual point. It may give you insight regarding the issue at hand.

 

  • Practice consistent gratitude for your physical self, especially for those processes that are automatic. Bless the cells, and the flow of the fluids as well as the organs, the systems, the cooperation of the whole, the design, the subatomic structure, the movement, the senses, etc…

 

  • Clear energies when you come and go through the day. Awareness is a powerful tool. Brushing off the front of the clothing is akin to clearing the chakras. Also set your field when you go out of your space or enter a new energy field

 

  • Make sure that you speak all that must be spoken before you go to sleep. Clearing the daily unsaid allows sleep to be deep and nourishing while sending you off in the etheric realms for classes, interactions, and adventures.

 

  • Tend your energetic boundaries during the day. Consciously set them based on circumstance. Periodically clean them off with your sounding voice or your intentional focus or by grounding to the earth.

 

  • Be conscious of being grounded to the earth. ..which means fully in body. Be aware of the Earth Star cleansing and support its work with attention. Feel the feet upon the earth. Drink plenty of high vibration water. Rest as necessary. Eat when hungry especially consuming foods that are more light filled.

 

  • Be aware of stress and tension and do what is necessary on all levels to reduce it. Stretching, breathing, tai chi, yoga, walking, tantrums, dancing, singing, sounding/toning, playing, napping, and more…can serve you well once you become cognizant of the situation within.

 

  • If you have a desk job, set a timer to get up and move periodically. Stretch, breathe, consciously run energy into and out of you. If at a computer, time also the looking away to the far point regularly. Palm your eyes once an hour to maintain the circulation. Get devices that can alter the electromagnetic frequency radiation.
