The foundational frequency of the Cosmos is Love, the life affirming substance that nurtures and elevates and expands anything it come in contact with. The child is conceived, most often in an act of love and enters the dimension with the vibrational knowing of the Source that, unfortunately, is not directly and verbally communicated to the family of origin. But the movements, the sounds, and the eyes convey the energetic reminder to all of whence we have come. We are Beings of Love and must express it, for it is the Divine nature of it. Even the abused child looks at the abuser with love and takes inappropriate responsibility as he sees, by design, only the beauty in all and their behavior…for awhile. When the river of Love I Am was diverted by life experience a part of our juiciness and sweetness was put on hold. Thus in luring the child out from the citadel the door to unfettered love must be opened. Here, you are invited to be free with sending love to the world. Let the high heavens hear how much you care and how rightfully you have tapped the inexhaustible supply.
- You are asked to see the world and everyone/thing in it through that wondrous vibration of Love. Go ahead…let your eyes and ears and hands claim it again. Make a list of 20 people, places, or things that burst your heart open. And you certainly do not have to stop there. Start seeing Love and documenting it in this ongoing list.
- Each of you is invited to list 10 or more things you love about the other. Once listed find a quiet and safe place and share them out loud to one another.
- Find five ways that each of you can give love to someone else. Help them feel special…maybe even without them knowing who it came from. Keep a log of the special techniques you have made up.
- Love is a pretty big vibration. There are things besides people that we can love. It may be food, or doing things, or a time of day, or a place. For this reflection make a list of the foods you really, really love. Then let your adult self know so you can share in a few this week and beyond.
- Think of you at 7. You were becoming fully human as your body was then fully physical. In fact, the openness you had with the cosmos before became murky. I invite you to give 7 loving messages to that 7 year old you about what is going on, what she can expect, and how things might be for her from now on. Give some loving advice to her if you can.
- Think of you at 13. You are entering the time of the teenager, likely in the middle of puberty, and filled with all kinds of new feelings, sensations, and energies. I invite you to give 7 loving messages to that 13 year old you about what is going on, what she can expect, and how things might be for her from now on. Give some loving advice to her if you can.
- Think of you at 18. You are entering the time of the adult, when the responsibilities change and you take on doing a lot of things that were done for you before. I invite you to give 7 loving messages to that 18 year old you about what is going on, what she can expect, and how things might be for her from now on. Give some loving advice to her if you can.
