The delight of the child frequency enters from the Cosmos behind the heart chakra and quickly infiltrates the Sacral Chakra to jump start the weak muscles of unabashed play. Play is the signature frequency of the healthy, trusting child who sees through the eyes of imagination to manifest a toy in every object, a panorama of frolic in every scene, and a chance to run free without care behind the walls of every one who has forgotten what it was like to lose space and time in the fertile lands of I can. To reclaim the child and build the everlasting bond one must play…a lot. That is the Divine Directive here.
- Each of you make a list of ten ways, at least, to play. Pick one from each list and do them today. No exceptions. What comes up for each of you when you receive this directive? What comes up for each of you after you have played today?
- Make up a couple of games that the two of you can play when there are a bunch of people around. Remember that you can make up games that go on inside of you that only you know about. Have fun!
- Find five unrelated objects and make up a game to play. Give it a name and make some guidelines and play it a few times.
- What were some of your favorite games when you were younger? You can look at your whole childhood from 0-12 even though you may not have reached those ages yet…pretty cool, huh?! Make a list of the games. Which would you like to play with your adult self? Tell her.
- Find 10 objects around the house that catch your eye. For each make up five different uses for each…the crazier the better. Enjoy a laugh.
- You are putting together a very special playground for ants. Describe what it looks like and what kind of apparatus’ you will have for their enjoyment
- Pretend you are hired to make up and teach three new dances to a group of people. Describe the dances and talk about what happened as they learned and what happened when they danced your dances.
- Make up 4 games that can only take place in your mind
- Create 5 never before heard tongue twisters
