Life in the human physical body is all about awareness. That awareness activates the senses and opens the gates of wonder and imagination. It interfaces mind and body and spirit. It allows you to notice the nuances of how life is showing up for you. It allows you to open and be receptive to guidance and contact from Higher Self and Source. It lets you experience the grand Now Moment.
You are in your power when you are connected within, aligned in your power, open hearted and present for the gifts that surely ride your intentions. When you are scattered and distracted you are flitting about like a moth to a light. You miss the gifts of the moment, the showing up of your request, the guidance that points you in a direction that is waiting for you.

Ignoring these can contribute to deeper, more profound challenges. Thus, it is useful and even, wise, to work first to clear your reservoirs of fear, anger, sadness, disappointment through the conscious use of your voice and movement and Gestalt action.
The cleaner you get energetically then the more receptive you become to life, becoming able to interface with Source and do so in a conscious way. That is some supreme in body experience there!
