Alternative One
In addition to the described method of allowing sound to flow from the body itself, there are at least three different alternative methods, each having a slightly different focus.
The first invites you to develop the capacity to pay attention to your body callings. Be aware of aches, pains, numbness, tingling, heat, cold when it occurs in your physical self. Bring your focus to the area and allow sound to express from it.
Be in a safe place where you are free to sound and move. Like the first method let the sound move you. Allow the voice to go wherever it wants to go. Let any phoneme or combination of phonemes flow without minding the process.
Allow your physical self to move with the sound. Often this serves to assist in breaking loose the energies that are seeking to escape. Stay with the sound until you feel complete, as evidenced by an obvious involuntary sigh.
As in the previous method intend some energy or intention back into the space created by the release.
This process will serve to create a trusting relationship with your body. This will likely give rise to more release, an increase in frequency for awhile. Allow it if you can. If you are unable, due to circumstance, to release when you notice the calling, make note of where it is in your body. Go there when you are in a safe place and initiate the process. Most likely it will work to clear this residual energy, raising you back to your true vibration.
