The heart chakra Third Ray vibration is overseen by the Ascended Master
Paul the Venetian. Archangel Chamuel and his cohort, Charity, tend the
chakra frequency and characteristic components. The energy is dispensed
into the Earth Plane by Elohim, Heros and Amora. Each of these are receptive
to invitation and invocation. Songs for them as acknowledgement and to
invoke their celestial powers are valuable.

The hormone gland associated with the root is the thymus. The color frequency aligned is green, pink, and gold.

It is located at the center of the rib cage between the breasts and extends front and back in a cone of vibration.

Body parts associated with it are the heart, lungs, arms, and hands

It regulates issues having to do with the giving and receiving of Love, for Self, others, and community. The woundings of relationship are held here energetically until they are released. The ability to give and receive are contained in this frequency. The capacity for self love is here as well.

The heart chakra has a significantly greater electromagnetic field than the brain. Research is indicating that it is a highly regulatory center for the body’s cellular activity and well-being. Esoteric  teachings indicate that the heart center is becoming the foundation, or root, in these Aquarian times. Love is the balancing force from which all decisions and actions take place in these unfolding times. The heart chakra integrates and balances the realms of mind and body and unifies spirit and matter. The more the heart opens the more the capacity for true inner peace. The love here is nurturing and uplifting, in contrast to the sensuality and sexual passionate expression of love in the second chakra.

When balanced one is able to give and receive love in flowing harmony. Friendships are maintained and self care is effortless. One is compassionate and freely gives appreciation and acknowledgement. Gratitude flows freely through an open recognition of the interconnectedness of all things. Relationships are fulfilling and free of codependency. One can allow a flowing process of grieving when the heart chakra is balanced. One is empathetic and genuinely interested in people. A balanced heart chakra paves the way for a higher love that is in the minor chakra just above the heart below the throat. Here one experiences the Agape love that embraces humanity and all of life in a non personal way.

Music has a powerful effect on the heart chakra.

Some symptoms of imbalance include sadness, heart palpitations, tightness in the chest, isolation, asthma, high blood pressure, lung disease, heart disease, sleep disorders, chocolate and sugar addictions, inability to let go, no friends
