How to Use this Information

Following these sequences is like moving up or down the chakras. Remembering that the major is expansive and opening while the minor is compacting and reflective gives you a variety of ways to address chakra health in cleansing or maintaining the frequency. The Seventh chords create movement and tension,  jump starting resistant pockets of energy. Diminished chords create tension and extreme compacting. Perhaps that is what is necessary to move stubborn energies. Augmented chords reach out for reolution. It may be jut the thing to use on a throat chakra that wants to express but is timid. The main chakra addressed is determined by the key.

These sequences are also useful for generating chord progressions, as we shall see.

With the top chart you have all you need to address the sequences in any key. Just changing the intervals and the major/minor status allows you to use the major, minor, augmented, or diminshed sequence for your composition.
