Chakra Tune Up
To perform an effective tune up to bring each chakra back to close alignment is a fairly simple process. Each chakra is loosly tied to the standard C scale. Individual chakras are often a few Hertz either way from the standard pitches. The body wisdom will use the closeness and make inner adjustments to align.
For each chakra there is a pitch and a phonetic that focuses the pitch to the chakra in its body location. Using the pitch and the phonetic, sound and sustain a tone for as long as you can. Take another breath and sustain the tone. Keep doing this until your body wisdom says it is complete. Anywhere from a minute to three minutes is an adequate amount of time to a lot.
If you seem to have no sustainability for the specific pitch, or if your pitch wavers around the actual pitch then your chakra is in need of support. Keep at it until your sustainability and pitch accuracy return.
Start at the root and move up toward the crown. Do this daily at least. In the morning and in the evening before retiring is best.

Chakra Reference Pitches
How to find chakra pitches with no
pitch reference.
Use the sound for each chakra to locate it in your body. Making that sound start high and let the pitch drop as you sound it through your body to the location of the chakra. When you feel like the vibration locks into the spot, use this pitch. Let your body wisdom guide you to raise or lower the pitch.
Do this for each chakra. Again, body wisdom will let you know when a chakra needs attention. Listen…and respond.
