Chant, Mantra, Intentional Song of the Week
4

Native American chant pulses to the beat of Mother Earth. It resonates with the power of the land. This chant is from the Apache tradition, a tribe of Arizona, New Mexico, and northern Mexico. They were particular strong and cunning warriors. The Hinamaya chant was used to raise energy to reach an altered state to prepare for battle. It is particularly useful to elevate the vibration to ignite courageous action.

As a power chant, use it to inspire you in moments of doubt. Use it to move your energy of intention into action. Use it to sharpen your focus and activate your power center. Use it for preparation for a presentation, or an interview, or an intense conversation or confrontation. Use it to gather energy to stay enthusiastic. Call upon it when you feel week and must face something you have hesitancy about. Use it to diffuse anger or intense emotional energy. Use it just to get a good buzz...for fun...
