Chant, Mantra, Intentional Song of the Week
2

A mantra from the Hindu tradition in Sanskrit. It is translated to mean, “Invoking supreme peace I offer [surrender] the quality of anger to its source in the higher and formless universal mind. Salutations”. Use this mantra to clear the emotional frequency of anger. One  practice is to embark on a 40 day commitment of at least one session a day to shift the energy cesspool of anger. Each session invites you to speak  the mantra out loud  108 times in succession. Use of a mala bead necklace will allow you to keep track of your number. An alternative is to use the sung version of the mantra provided here and treat it like a chant, singing it repetitively. The sung version was created in the solar plexus chakra key where anger and power issues are frequently held. Singing it encourages a strong cleanse of those energies as the melody acts as a frequency cleanse on top of the phrase.
