Use of Voice

Sound is the foundational vibrational expression of the Love frequency that is the fabric of the Cosmos. It is one of the primary vehicles of making manifest intentions into form. Voice is the most powerful tool of expression that living beings have available to keep their system clear and in communicative relationship with all of life.

The voice is the one tool we have that can vibrate the physical tissues and cells of the body. It is critical to use in intentional clearing of the energies arising in the moment as well as the energies that have been held in the fields because of belief, circumstance, and decision. To be silenced is to lose our capacity to be flowing and vibrating in wholeness.

A significant element of the human journey thus far is the silencing of and the lack of support for the vocal expression that accompanies. The beautiful soundtrack the orchestrates the moments of the newborn is systematically hushed by external influences of family, community, culture, and society. The control of the voices separates the child from his power.

The unexpressed words are stored in the tissues awaiting release. When release does not come then the energies further lower vibration to develop a “condition” that demands attention, expression, and release…in some manner. The remedy to manifesting conditions is to free the voice and allow the healing salve of sound to do its work to return the being to her place of balance and free expression.

In the inner child work, a significant element is to free the voice and to allow the spoken via sound or word to flow freely again. This, in itself, will go a long way in bringing the little one out from behind the walls of safety she has built.

  • Make sound and play with the vocal mechanism to see what it can do

  • Sound the vowels in extended ways, varying pitch and volume

  • Alter the shape of the mouth while sounding the vowels to access the harmonics of the fundamental. This opens the door to powerful healing/cleansing capabilities

  • Use the voice with emotion that arises. Give sound to the feeling, forgoing words first by simply letting inner guidance express it first.

  • When the body calls through sensation, numbness, or discomfort/pain, then use sound first by either sending sound/pitch to the location or going to the place and letting sound rise out of it.

  • Engage in verbal dialogue with the child.

  • Make sound and song and words an integral part of the day

  • Monitor the words you use, replacing negative, frequency diminishing words with life affirming vocabulary and statements.
