Tears are the lifeblood of healing the deep wounds. Crying is essential to clearing the toxic energetic residue of a life in chains. Opening up this conduit is essential if one wants to get back home to the child self and mnake a loving family unit of adult and child.
Tears are a heart based release, fueled by the storehousing capacity of the lungs. The uncried is often what drowns someone in old age who has never released/addressed the box of pain that was kept through life. Tears are the natural response to sadness. They cleanse the laughter that spills out of a joyful state. They lubricate the moments of living and provide the source of being fully alive. Yes, they are that important.
When the child was reminded that they will be given something to cry about it was a dark day indeed. The love/hate relationship of society and culture with emotion and crying in particular is comical. The tear cam that gets the money shot close up of the wounded one or the one in celebration is pornographic in its methodology. This natural body cleanse is sensationalized and mocked and kept hidden. So, so wrong.
The inner child has to overcome this programming and shame and judgment to reawaken and safely use this profound foundational tool. It comes down to this…cry. Cry often and cry long. Get to the visceral depth of the wounded soul and cleanse the energetic debris from the cells and tissues…and then cry some more. Make it as natural as breathing. And do not care for one moment what others think or say. Envy wears many faces.
