Session Four, Page 2
Now make a list of the issues/blocks identified in each chakra and create an alternate truth to it. This truth can become the basis of the new foundation and the re-education strategy for each.

First read through each and allow yourself to feel where its energy is held. Pay attention to it and notice what it does, stay still or move? Invite it to release and clear. Encourage it. Then witness the movement of the energy and allow any emotion that comes up to play out fully.

You will need to read and speak out loud these new beliefs daily, at least in the morning upon arising and before going to bed. Consider recording them all on a recording and play them back in the background while you are doing other tasks or word. Repetition will serve to replace them over time depending on the frequency and intensity with which you work with them

One of the challenges that intensifies this period is how much the teen high schooler is dismissed as a troubled time. As we can see this is a time when attention, support, understanding, love, education, acceptance, and encouragement are critical missing elements typically. The combination of the hormones, the complex chakra revisit and yearly clearing, the movement towards leaving home, the emerging sexual energies and social connection importance, and the decided lack of the rites of passage so necessary in acknowledging one’s growth and capacity to move on, makes this time one of the most challenging of life. Couple this with the civilized cultures lazy attitude about leaving teens on their own and you have the grounds for even more future struggles.

In this work it becomes necessary to create some transition rituals they celebrate the coming of age for your inner teen.  You are invited to work with your teen to establish some and perform them together with honor and reverence. Some of the times are the girl’s first period, the movement from elementary/jr high to high school, getting the driver’s license at 16, perhaps becoming sexually active to lose one’s virginity, the graduation from high school at 18, registering to vote and for the draft at 18, entering college, and becoming an adult at 21.

Reflect on these and we can actually perform some during the call.

This period is the springboard for the adventure of one’s personal life in the world as an adult and, as such, deserves honor, respect, and conscious application of truths. There is a lot at stake. And perhaps because of this, the chakra system once again shows up by starting 7 year cycles at age 21. Additionally there is the 7 year concurrent cycles beginning at 21 for the activation of the external body chakras through age 56. Oh, that this information would become common knowledge to the masses so that the issues and elements can be recognized, embraced, and supported. What a different world it would be...
