  • Consistent contact and interaction
  • Listen when called or make arrangements to listen
  • Awareness and attention to body sensations and energetic callings
  • Adult verbal inclusion of child in activities from mundane to special
  • Consistent guidance and re-education through information sharing, explanation, discussion, and story
  • Playing together in a variety of settings
  • Nature time that involves verbal sharing
  • Asking the child for guidance or suggestion or sharing in a decision
  • Travel that includes the child in planning and processing of the experience
  • Gift giving to self with child in mind
  • Creating and maintaining healthy adult relationships in your life
  • Listening to music that affirms life as well as music from childhood and singing along without hesitation or judgment
  • Calling the child on choices that affirm the old ways. Reframing and redirecting and teaching alternative actions, thoughts, and beliefs
  • Learning new things and then talking about them and exploring dimensions of the learning
  • Going to and watching fun movies that expand the imagination
  • Creating and having fun meals together
  • Doing imaginary activities and adventures that include the elementals and etheric beings by invitation
  • Dancing together, as if the child is on your feet
  • Laughing together and seeking out joy
  • Getting body work and telling the child this is just for her to get some loving touch
  • Having quiet moments of reflection where the two of you snuggle up and simply be
  • Creating a bedtime and good morning ritual between the two of you
