Deep Core Clearing 1, page 2

Loss

The Earth Dimension is about change. In an ever vibrating field there will always be change. For eons humans have been taught to seek stability in the face of this moving flow. This misleading has purpose and serves to divert people from trusting life. They learn to cling to people, places, things, situations, patterns, ideas, beliefs, and so much more. What a folly. It creates stress and compaction and is akin to standing in the middle of the river trying to be a dam that stops the flow. What is more is that there is always significant constriction before a release. It gets intense just before the point of letting go. Culture and societal programming force feeds the importance of resistance. Surrender and vulnerability, though actual keys to embracing the flow, are taught to be negative and undesirable, signs of weakness.

So, when something does flow out of our life through natural means, through event, intrusion, trauma, we feel loss…like something has been taken from us, ripped out of our being, our world. And we grieve…

This issue can stop one’s momentum, cause hesitation and indecision out of imagined or triggered fear, make safety more important than living fully, create isolation, initiate depressive feelings, invite perpetual sadness, steal energy and excitement, numb one out.

Poverty

Poverty is being in a state of lack. Truly it refers to inner and outer resources. It is bigger than money, though money is the primary association established eons ago by the first schiesters, I mean, businessmen. As a people, most have traded their well being, their full bodies journey of remembering, for a race to acquire stuff. Buying into concepts like have’s versus have nots, scarcity, survival of the fittest, some are privileged or better than others, etc, the sting of poverty consciousness can rob one of the joy of life, of one’s own vision or purpose, of one’s motivation. Growing up in lack instills the visceral frequency of struggling, of a hard life, of having to work harder to get less. These traits begin to show up in how one interfaces with the moment. Thoughts are formed that cradle these notions that soon birth full scale beliefs that then activate Universal Law to attract simply more of the same…lack. In a cat chasing its tail scenario, life is lived with slumped shoulders, a sore back, and a bowed head that does not see a future clearly.

Abuse

Abuse, whether upon self or upon others, is rampant in all societies. It is personal (learned), familial, cultural, and seemingly an accepted and affirmed part of the entire human condition. Seeing others hurt is entertainment. Chronicling the horrible things that happen to people is the job of the news these days. Designed to fill the holes in the souls, the wounds of abandonment and separation, abuse is getting even for the injustices, for the horrors, for the traumas, etc….and that is for the perpetrators. For the receiver it can be affirming of a belief long held, a long earned decision to be less than, to give up. It It can be the inevitable fulfillment of the I deserve it belief.

The form of the abuse is not necessarily the issue, though the hierarchy from least impactful to most moves from verbal to completely ignoring. (Being ignored is being told that you do not matter at all, that you are not even there). The abuse soon becomes visceral physically and energetically. The bodies are stuffed with the unexpressed debris. Likely there is  no understanding of emotion so the feelings back up behind a voice silenced long ago. The energy builds up and often explodes from the abused and they become the abuser.

Abuse isolates, separates, activates, initiates criticism and judgment, prejudice  and hate crimes. It demoralizes and keeps one out of relationship. It lays a strong foundation for substance abuse and self abuse. It precipitates labeled diseases that are like sentences to perpetual suffering. It colors how one interfaces with others and the world. It causes random behaviors and stops and starts and moments of despair and depression and raging out. The core of this core issue lies in the energetic debris that, like a nuclear stockpile, can be lethal if activated or sparked.

Rejection

Because of original wounding, most already feel less than. This is met by a need to cling to relationships and stay with situations that no longer serve our vibration or reawakening.  Afraid of being rejected, we compromise and do things that really do not reflect us or serve us. To be left out, though it can feel terrible temporarily, can actually be a cosmic gift that keeps us out of harm’s way, allowing us to flow into new vibrations. The rejection turns upon itself and the rejected one often finds fault with many aspects of self. Becoming critical of others, judgmental, revenge oriented, isolated, etc are repercussions possible in the short term. They can easily, unless interrupted with new thinking, beliefs, and behaviors, deep issues that become “who we are”.

Emotional dysfunction

One of the primary calling cards to incarnate in the Earth Plane to we celestial beings is to experience the glorious flow of emotion in the physical body. Curious that part of the Piscean model, especially for men, was to be unfeeling, steel bellied to show strength and power. Vulnerability meant weakness. Emotions are never taught in school. They are tolerated, ignored, or denied, at best. Crying is a curse and a show of that horrible thing, vulnerability. We are taught to stuff and store and never admit the truth of our feelings. And, all the while, the raw energy of feeling enters the back side of the sacral chakra and dispenses into the flow to become joy, sadness, fear, anger, grief, or any of the countless permutations of this remarkable vibration. These powerful, visceral, ancient, animalistic energies are swallowed and stored in tissue, in muscles, in chakras, in organs, in energy bodies, in the bones…

Stoicism arises. Injunctions about crying show up. Rules against showing any kinds of feeling are established. People become numb and simply put on a happy face. They become Stepford Wives and automatons, performers, fakirs, manipulators…on and on it goes, new shallow ones  with vacant, soulless eyes, swallowing and squashing those nasty feelings…moving slowly towards some physical manifestation of the cesspool of the unexpressed: heart disease, cancer, diabetes, intestinal disorders, you name it.

Learning not to feel creates issues of having no fire, doing only what we are told, being unmotivated and hesitant, unable to connect with another on a deep level, restricted and hard, numb and unresponsive, looking like a perpetually bad face lift. One can become physically self abusive, a sociopath, a psychopath, an accident waiting to happen, a good soldier, a mass murderer, a candidate for suicide,  hopeless, uninspired, empty.

Overprotection

The wounds of the parents become the way they play out their parenting roles. Unless there iws conscious choice and action to clear and change then the children will receive a blend of the wounds held by mom and dad. Now, these can be taken on to varying degrees by the child, if at all.

Nothing is determined, there are simply energetic influences that can be mighty strong. Parental wounds that are fear based due to any number of experiences and subsequent survival decisions made, often from abuse, can oscillate to the other side and show us as overprotectiveness. Fearing the same happening to the child the parent clings and controls and robs the child of the beauty of guided exploration and discovering life for her self.

This disempowers the child and establishes hesitation in life. It plants seeds of fear that say life is unsafe. It interferes with self development as the child cannot step out and explore and fall down and bruise knees and get up again and persevere. They have a tendency to be less than able to engage and stand for their ideas and perspectives. They can be prone to comparison and finding fault with self. They can be less than excited about life always concerned that something might happen. Their spirit of adventure is dormant and they settle for a safe, wide, comfort zone.

Family patterns of illness

Some people are invested in sickness and run the gamut from colds to major diseases. Regardless of their personal reasons on all levels they can be impactful to a child growing up in that environment. The child can take on the illness in an effort to help. She can end up becoming the caretaker with responsibilities far beyond her  years and awareness. He can compromise his own experiences to take care of the house, becoming easily overwhelmed by the burden and the cost to his own moments of living. This can also establish a fear based life that is waiting for the next disaster. It can help to create someone who is unwilling to care for oneself, becoming overly dependent on others. The issue can be a fatal one as it may create such an expectation of illness and disease that it activates Universal Law to make it so.

Over-compensation

One who has been demeaned, taught to feel less than, has a compromised sense of self can easily learn to overcompensate. Moving to the other side of the pendulum  sets one up for living a large facade. This is an artificial, mind stimulated process that actually prevents one from having the sensitivity and awareness to clear the old wounding. Conversely, they begin to believe their own press. And in some ways, it seems like a great life. But, life has a way of catching up and the Higher Self is in constant action to facilitate the reawakening of self. This issue can show up as cockiness, overconfidence, lots of blind spots, false feelings of control, a feeling of never being fully comfortable, being ungrounded, being unaware, struggling with relationship and community…

Feelings of not belonging

Similar to other core issues this one is seeded by a poor self esteem, being isolated often as a child. There is an ongoing sense of separation that can oscillate between weakness and feelings of power. One may feel like they don not want to belong with others. They can feel that they are better off alone as they can do what they want. Or they can have that empty feeling of not being wanted, liked, or good enough. These are insidious energies that undermine one’s full expression of self. There is hesitation, lack of vision, self selecting out, choosing to not have fun with others.

Parental criticism or expectations

Being under the thumb of parental criticism can leaves us feeling never good enough. It plants seeds of limitation thinking at a very early age. We stop participating or even showing up because we believe that in the core we are a failure. The berating is usually met by warnings to take it and not respond. The criticisms are personal and also situational. There are unfair comparisons. Essential the child is made to feel less than others. On the flip side are the lofty expectations of a parent who is living through his child. All the failures  of the parent are stacked up to set lofty, if not unattainable, expectations on the child. Then if the child does not achieve or succeed then the parental response is doubled to include their own disappointment about themselves along with the disappointment of not getting it through the child. The criticisms and expectations cycle around and through one another. The cost of it all is that is little joy in living. There is usually not much fun and there is often a sense of what’s the point.

The issue also perpetuates a fear of failure, or a sense that it doesn’t matter so why not just fuck it up anyway. There is lots of self criticism and judgment, self abuse on multiple levels. Generally the child can end up not caring about much at all. Being a loser is what it is interpreted as.

Lack of validation/self-esteem

So many of these above lead to this, a general feeling that I am just not good enough, worthy of the good things of life, destined for disappointment…a general attitude of what’s the point of it all. These wounds are deep and life aligns with the intensity of these feelings and beliefs. It takes effort to lift oneself out of this, but it can be done…step by step. Living under these issues makes life boring, shadowy, hopeless, bland, uninspiring, depressive. It is hard to see beauty and one is very prone to seeing the negative and projecting fear into the future

Fear for our existence/annihilation

Some come with this sense of foreboding already implanted from past life experiences. It infiltrates the being and permeates the moments of living, causing stress and an expectation that something bad is going to happen. One limits experience out of fear. They become infatuated with death and dying, being both frightened and intrigued. They are heavy energied, always looking for something wrong. They can become invested in bad news as a proving point of the way it is. The fears can get esoteric as well. They can struggle with the existentialistic issues of what is the purpose of it all and wonder about what happens at death. The infatuation robs them of living fully.

PTSD

The rise in recent years of the latest collective issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, has actually been a blessing. It has brought a universal focus into the sweeping range of the wounds we all carry. From the birth process itself to the personal abuses to the accidents to the words spoken to us to the swallowed emotion to the loss of  relationship…on and on these moments of living impact the body, the tissues, the cells to become the source of perpetual discontent. The greatest value of the PTSD focus has been to redirect people into their physical bodies. This is certainly a celestial ploy, a planted strategy to bring us all home to our chosen vehicle where the true healing can begin. Every core issue can be traced to trauma of some sort. The ongoing reservoir of the unexpressed energies and words creates the fuel that keeps the core issues boiling up. When we turn our focus on our own woundings, from the subtle to the profound, we begin to see the impact of life upon us. It is a moment of profound importance as it opens the eyes and hopefully, the heart, to the desire to get clear. The Universe knows how to respond to that quite well…as you shall see

And now what?

All of this information is presented to stir the pot. Anything within you that is tied to any of these has been served notice. What is needed is a week to let the information do its work. Your awareness and reflection are being called upon to pay attention to what percolates. Keep a paper handy to list everything, from the aha’s to the subtleties. Everything is fair game here. What may seem insignificant may be the very key to all the core issues. Remember, at the level we are, it is not so much about what happened and the need to relive it, but rather, the movement of the energetic debris that has held the issue and the subsequent thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and actions in place.

Be through. Listen and watch and feel. There is a great potential here for a super cleanse. The information is function as a microbot, infiltrating the deep tissue seeking out a frequency alignment. When it finds it it will send the message to the awareness where you will make note. Allow your body the blessing of feeling.  Let emotions that rise have their flow. Be watchful and notice without judgment. Be gentle with you. Affirm the reclamation of the Whole You a lot and give your self permission to let go. Invite all that is held to release in a smooth and gentle way.

In the next session we shall address what comes up and integrate its vibration to usher it on its way…
