Block Two
Session Two

Celebration

Key Elements

  • We incarnate with a growing awareness of skills and interests. The family in which we are born holds information and guidance that will steer us in the direction of embracing our life’s purpose. Often we are inspired by skills, talents, or actions of our parents and siblings. Sometimes we are pushed in the opposite direction. Our moments of living in the family influence our commitment to our desires. For most our career unfolds. For some it is decided upon early.

  • Culture and society in the Piscean Age have impacted our viewpoint about work and purpose. We are taught that there is a life’s work. We are taught the value of a day’s work. We are directed to work hard. We are taught to believe that hard work will create the desired result…money, and all the stuff and leisure it can buy. We work to gain wealth instead of working for fulfillment. The employment system is hierarchical and results in too many not making enough. The control is given to the few. Others are left to work just to stay alive. Of course, there are a host of variations in between.

  • Society based on money also convinces the worker to value credit, immediate satisfaction, living for tomorrow, etc. The seduction of the worker results in large debt that can easily overwhelm, dishearten, and enslave the worker. We are seduced to focus outside of ourselves, viewing the acquisition of stuff as the ultimate goal, believing that money will buy happiness, though the evidence to the contrary is prevalent.

  • People yearn to find their purpose for living, for working, for being. Often it is to serve the greater good. The result is to compromise our own need and wants to appear a good person who creates a better world for all. To continue doing this is a monumental task that typically drains the inner resources because it has little receiving involved. We serve the world by self care…which gives us the strength, stamina, and energy to address the next situation or person.

  • Work can be a diversion. One can work to fill time, not think, not feel, ignore responsibilities in family and relationship, perpetuate personal beliefs and patterns, etc. The nature of the diversion is that we use it to not reawaken to our true self and take full responsibility for our moments in creating the life we deserve.

  • In the new era work serves our purpose. Our purpose is simply to remember who we are, to reawaken the inner knowing that calls upon our inherent knowledge, skills, and capacities to make rich our experience of living in this earthly dimension. Our outer and inner work must serve to make manifest our purpose. To work for the gratification will serve to keep us in alignment.

  • The Laws of the Universe invite us to claim abundance. The resources follow the work that aligns with the I Am expressing as you. Showing up with excitement, commitment, inspiration, and delight create a whole new work experience.

  • Honestly, the Inner Work of reclaiming the I Am, accessing all of our talents, courageously moving forth to initiate new journeys of adventurous exploration, the willingness to take action to bring our whole self to the moment to challenge us to remember just how magnificent we are…these choices will reveal to us our power. In this state we shall manifest a life that flows, that fulfills, that invites…

  • Choice is the launch point of work. Given the moment, we breathe in and move forward to face that which calls us…with zeal, enthusiasm, and confidence. The desire to remember fully who we are must seed the moment. Developing the capacity to pay attention reveals the next thing to lead us to our intended prize. Success is doing the next thing. Choose, take action, evaluate, adjust…on and on into celebration.

  • Working is about showing up. The moment gives us an infinite palette of possibility. We select and put our focus and energy into that which is before us.

  • It is a conscious choice to trust the new forms of the times. The old paradigms are crumbling. Letting go and releasing creates new opportunities. An open heart and mind will reveal new pathways. Taking a new pathway ignites the resources waiting to support the direction. We are being asked to trust a greater reality. Each moment is asking us to expand. We can multi task in multiple dimensions. Yes, we are capable of doing this.

  • In the meantime, choose work that feeds your whole being. Make that which you are doing a beautiful dance of invention. If you must stay in the frequency of where you are then begin to find deeper, more expansive value in that which you are currently doing. Remain open and attentive to that which is being brought your way. Once you invite fulfillment of purpose into your awareness, lots will move in your direction. Make leaps of faith. Claim the moments spontaneously.
