Spiritual Practice

Key Elements

  • One of the hold overs from the Piscean times is self criticism, finding fault with our selves, focusing on failure…what we do wrong. People are usually looking for flaws, or problems, or what has gone wrong. For to give voice to our successes quickly borders on conceit, blowing your own horn, bragging…an action surely frowned upon by the programmed cultural sheep.

  • It’s no wonder that most hesitate to appreciate what they have achieved in a public way. But this easily spills over into being an inner containment as well. We downplay our achievements and claim that there is more to learn, we can get better at it, it’s not quite there yet.

  • Celebration changes the inner energetic focus. It moves from the lower frequency attention given to finding fault into an expansive view of looking for success and things to appreciate…a very different dynamic. Quite simply it lightens the mood and raises one’s personal vibration.

  • Celebration supports and empowers the inner child self. Rather than look for issues to criticize in an endless pattern, it focuses on achievement and appreciation of a job well done. This energy raises the child self-esteem, sense of value, and invites him/her to trust. When this occurs the inner child feels safer. This leads to a willingness to release the excessive need to protect and hold on to familiar, limiting, outmoded patterns. In other words it gives the child what she needs and wants, peace to play.

  • The Universal Law of Focus gives us more of what we attend to. It is an automatic, measurable process. Focusing on celebration brings more to celebrate. The Law of So within…So Without is also in play here. When one monitors for achievements to celebrate the frequency shows up in the outside world. It is a higher frequency energy that brings things to celebrate, attracting people and things that align with the energetic frequency.

  • Celebration is the culmination of the manifestation process. Ignoring it compromises the achievement energetically, leaving one unsatisfied and empty. They is no sense of resolution. The resolution is necessary to finalize the process and create the vibration that will initiate the next one. Celebration is followed by a resting state that allows integration and a gathering of inner intention and direction.

  • Celebration lifts the spirit. It is an action rising from the Sacral Chakra. It involves the Solar Plexus in that it is choice in action. The Heart Chakra fuses energy into it as loving satisfaction and appreciated achievement. The Throat Chakra expresses it without hesitation as sound and word to the world. The Third Eye is validated for the original vision and moves to build upon the success to ignite new intentional inspiration. The Crown Chakra opens and lets in the Cosmos to share in the enjoyment. This, in turn sends pulses to the Root Chakra as it grounds the celebration into the cellular memory to invigorate future actions.

  • For too long, the Inner Child has been held in check by the oversight of the Piscean Model. The leanings about limitation and being less than are deep. The Inner Child has long been the one who paid the energetic and emotional price for this abuse. Too often it translates into the child self having little sense of value, always waiting for failure, for the other shoe to fall, for the inevitable judgment and criticism and the call to do better. Years, better yet, lifetimes of this lower frequency wash has impacted most of us. Celebration engages the little one for a job well done. It acknowledges the effort, the choice, the action, and the result and places the appreciation where it belongs.

  • Consistent, genuine celebration creates a higher frequency countenance that is fun to be around. It puts a smile on the inner and outer face. This vibration is charismatic. It draws others to experience and enjoy. A spirit of celebration feeds the wellsprings of joy and happiness. The moments lighten up and higher frequency Light begins to infiltrate and reflect from the auric field. The frequencies create a healthier body, now unburdened by years of criticism. Life becomes more flowing and peaceful

  • Celebration can be contagious. Everyone likes it. Look at birthdays. Strangers will sing to you. Make an effort to celebrate with others. Invite your friends to share in the joy and accomplishment. Set up celebration calls where all share their achievements and hoot and holler and laugh about them. Why not? What the world needs now, is love sweet love

….

  • Be genuine with your celebration and acknowledgment of success. Sure, in the early days of reclaiming it you can be excessive and tell the world you got out of bed this morning….but over time you will begin to see the importance of genuinely appreciating your sustained achievements. It is a worthy process that brings life to life. We deserve to be praised for our accomplishments. Do it…
