Well, it took away my travel and it told me stay at home

I’ve been here over two months I am facing me alone

I’ve looked into the shadows for all I never chose to say

I used to paint myself in judgment That’s from a long forgotten pain
I would sabotage my progress and wonder why things stayed the same
I’d scared and call for saviors and keep solutions on the shelf
Now I’m sitting here in wonder how I survived myself

You can say I’ve been delivered    by a sweeping swirling change
I forced myself to shake and shiver    until this life was rearranged
I took the hand that was reaching     and we jumped into the well
Now I celebrate this moment    How I survived myself
