Your chakra system is a marvel that connects your inner world with the outer cosmic world keeping you up to date in the moment about the state of all…so it would be useful to do some research about it to consciously support your design to deliver what it is capable of providing. There is a growing amount of literature and online materials from reliable sources about the ever expanding nature of them.

In this entry I want to help you understand how your chakras serve you beyond the obvious elements for your entire incarnation. Let’s just say that it would be wise for you to express what you have to say every day, not necessarily to those you want to engage, but at least speaking out loud all of it so that you do not go to sleep with anything repressed. This will prevent any further storage of energetic debris that can turn toxic in a fairly short time as it joins other unspoken words in the storage chakra.

Briefly, your root chakra,extending from your perineum towards the Earth, will hold energies dealing with survival, getting your needs met, family history, being grounded in the body, feeling lost and separate from life and people, etc. The Sacral Chakra, two inches below the navel, holds all your fear, your passion, your sensuality, your sexuality, your childlike wonder, your abuses and hurts and traumas, etc. You can imagine that this one is full, trying daily to clear…but too often we are frightened by the foreign feelings that the release elicits and we swallow more. Not a great idea at all…but we do as we learn or witness. The remedy here is to cry the tears as often and as much as is required.

Your Solar Plexus Chakra, just below the rib cage at the stomach holds issues about power, anger, judgment, criticism, indecision, hesitation, confusion, and protection. This chakra can be supported by physical activity and singing/sounding/yelling. It has to be expressed. The Heart Chakra holds relationship wounds, sadness, loss, abandonment, isolation and separation, lack of value, feeling unloving and unloved, portions of the grief process, a weak self esteem, etc. Again, allowing tears to flow is the best support, along with human connection, touch, and tenderness.

Your throat chakra is the chimney for the Sacral Chakra, often becoming blocked by all the woundings that have been swallowed and not expressed…words unspoken, compromises taken, shutting up and not talking for fear of punishment, or just because it seems that there is no one who will listen. The remedy for the throat clearing is verbalization , sounding, particularly expressing the vowels, ah, ay, ee, oh, oo in long expressions. Though we desire to speak our woundings out to the ones who caused us pain, that is usually less than effective. Rather, setting up a situation where you reflect on the events and say what you must say in a safe setting by yourself is very effective. Get. It. Out. No. Matter. What.

The Third Eye is your vision center where you set the mechanics of manifestation, along with the throat, into motion. The crown, located at the top of the head where the baby has the soft spot usually takes care of itself.

When we look at conscious tools in the second section we will establish reliable and effective techniques to keep the chakras healthy. Your ultimate intention is to keep your entire energetic system fluid and flowing. As we shall see it continues to serve you and support you throughout your entire incarnate life.

Though all chakras are present and functioning energetically at birth they each come on line to their fuller capacity in the first 12 years of life in a predictable sequence.

The Root activates  during the time in womb to 6 months.

The Sacral activates from 6 months to 2 ½ years.

Solar Plexus from 2 ½ to 4 ½

Heart from 4 ½ to 6 ½ years

Throat from  6 ½ to 8 ½ years

Third Eye from 8 ½ to 14 years

Crown from 14 to 21 years.

Notice the changes in the Third Eye and the Crown. The issues of each chakra are pronounced at the ages they come online. We will look at this later. The Third Eye needs almost 6 years to come on line as it requires the brain to be functioning more and more, utilizing the medulla, the hemispheres, the front brain, the hypothalamus, and the Pineal and Pituitary glands to be complete (providing there are no interferences).

When the Crown begins to come fully on line it follows a seven year cycle that is critical to the life of the teenager. At 14 a cycle begins as each chakra gets revisited for a cleansing and clearing in order to be receptive and high frequency enough to handle the Source frequencies and energies that are being introduced. Each year the succession of chakras progresses and attempts to flush out the energetic debris and memories of the unprocessed in each chakra from the earlier years of childhood. Briefly here is the progression and the primary issues that arise:

Age 14     Root chakra     Survival and safety issues

Age 15     Sacral Chakra   Woundings/abuses/creativity/sensuality  

Age 16     Solar Plexus     Personal Power/Decisions/Taking Action/Anger/ Judgment/Criticism

Age 17     Heart Chakra     Loss/Relationship debris/love issues/grief/separation/value/

Age 18     Throat Chakra    speaking truth/ communication/ the unspoken/establishing new life/autonomy

Age 19     Third Eye      vision/insight/imagination/clarity/distorted self image/ intuition and guidance/reconnect with Guardian Angel

Age 20     Crown Chakra     activating Celestial connection/ igniting intention and purposes/ moving into new life supported by big picture/ creating relationship with Source/ uniting Earth and Heavens fgor support

So, all of this is going on by design at the very time when you are experiencing profound changes in your body as your glands secrete the hormones to put you into puberty. Put also the growing awareness that within 7 years you will be leaving home and starting your own life (which can bring up all kinds of issues played out in judgment, anger, rage, unsafe choices and behaviors, fear, depression, illegal activity, addiction to divert the feelings, etc).

Now hear this one…this is a natural process that is a trial of fire that is built into the Earth plane. It hones you to access your inner resources. Call upon the support from Celestial sources, and take courageous action in good faith…all the while sensing/knowing that you have everything necessary to navigate the seemingly treacherous waters (because your relationship with your Higher Self is coming into conscious awareness, something that will serve you mightily the more you engage this primary resource). It is a birth into your new autonomous form. If you enter it with the clarity of your natural design and the cleansing path it leads you on, then you thrive. If not you still move forward supported by unseen inner and outer forces that only exist to love and support you into being you completely. Drink all of this in…because, you guessed it, there is more.

Your design is so well thought out with so many built in services to support you to succeed you being you that it seems inevitable that you do make it home…consciously. And that is great news. But we have been diverted for so long that we have forgotten most of what is being shared here…temporarily. I have discovered that it only takes a little prodding, a clear reminder, to re-activate the inner knowing that triggers the movement needed…something that I believe you will discover soon.

Another loving process starts at 21 and continues throughout your entire incarnation. Every seven years you will revisit each chakra from the root up to do extensive clearing, each time intending to clear out any residue of the unexpressed woundings that may be compromising your frequency. You will likely find that, with this awareness, you see life organizing itself to give you multiple opportunities to clear the chakra theme out of your entire system…as you allow.

Age 21-27 and again at 56-62 Root Chakra Clearing and organizing (Starting a new life and then mid life crisis)

Age 28-34 and again at 63-69  Sacral Chakra Issues of clearing woundings, igniting joy, passion, creativity, and releasing fear. The onset of retirement and a starting over again.

Age 35-41 and again at 70-76 Solar Plexus revisit to cleanse self abuse and criticism, move into authentic power, be in productive work flow, be capable of deciding and acting on it. At 70 one begins to explore the expanded spiritual power that reveals the ability to embrace all of life.

Age 42-48 and again at 77-83 Heart revisit to rediscover self love and compassion for others and be able to dance at the doorway of unconditional love. Also when some marriages are ended as the partners choose a new direction that serves the new frequency they have reached. At 77 one become clear about the big Love and serves as one who be an elder, providing tutelage and insight and wisdom.

Age 49-55 and again at 84-92 Throat Chakra revisit to speak the unspoken. New careers are started expressing the wisdom learned or telling one’s story in literature, art, film, or music. The wisdom learned gets verbalized and shared. One becomes a resource for others. At 84 we are in a peace full place where a deep inner knowing accompanies the moments of living. The spoken becomes more of an internal witnessing of life that borders on the telepathic. We connect with all of life in new ways.

At 56-62 and again at 93-99 Third Eye when one sees the big picture of life and develops a clear understanding of their own forms of living thus far. Sometimes one embarks on adventurous journeys as they feel released from old thinking and beliefs for the first time. At 93 one is still vital by design, at least, as the body is really capable of a life span of hundreds of years. Depending on the way one has become they will be a resource who interfaces multidimensionally with life and explores the inner and outer with ease. There is always much to be open to. One can become a translator of the Divine to those still out of touch.

Age 63-70 and again at 100-106 The Crown is celebrated and experienced on many levels as one refines their own spiritual relationships and consciously engages Source.

You can see that starting at 56 there is overlap with the chakras as we step up in vibration and become capable of more multi dimensional interfacing.

What is even more fascinating here is that at the age of 21-27 the Eighth Chakra comes on line, revisited again at age 77-83. This chakra assists us in clearing dimensional and karmic debris so that we can be fully present to our current form and intentions

At 28-34 and again at 84-90 we activate the Ninth Chakra which directs to exploring and solidifying our Soul Purpose(s). At 84 we get an opportunity to re-evaluate and adjust the pathway.

At age 35-41 and again at 91-92 we bring the Tenth Chakra online and initiate a process of purposeful survival where we call upon the growing inner knowing to create a place of safety where we can explore the details of being That I Am As Me.

At 42-48 and again at 93-99 we enter the activation phase of the Eleventh Chakra which eases us into Creative Success, allowing us to enjoy all the fruits of our creations and the forms of our journey thus far.

Finally, at age 49-55 and again at 100-106 our Twelfth Chakra reveals itself and opens us to Powerful Mastery. It comes in waves as the Mastery of the earlier years is built upon to become the expanse of the 100 year old. Again, vitality gained by conscious self care and support of the original design will allow us to thrive at an age where we are taught we are waiting to die…

Look at the beauty and the wisdom of this design. You are so loved that you are supported in your energetic system to move completely into full awakening and thriving… consciously. Opening to this as possibility right now at the age where you are will open energetic doors and call forth the cooperative triad of your Higher Self, Adult Self, and Inner Child to cooperatively and compassionate support one another to move in a flow through each chakra section.

Anticipating the phases as the chakras clear will give you insight and understanding to embrace and integrate the big picture of the forms of your life moments. There is nothing to fear or worry about. You are free to engage life whole heartedly. No form arises that you are not equipped to navigate and move through with consistent success.
