My perspective (Mark Stanton Welch)

The phrase “I Am That I Am Expressing As Me” dropped in during the creation of Tools for the Times. It pointed in a very interesting direction…to the Source of All. It soon became apparently obvious that I and we are a direct component of the Cosmic Source, a unique expression with a unique set of skills and talents and experiences to have and be had in the Earthly Third Dimension of free choice and seeming duality. Surely we are far from what we had been taught for many incarnations. We have already established that.

Suffice it to say that you are a “work in progress”…so to speak. Let me clarify. Though we are designed as a Whole Being, our awareness along with the Earth Domain rules of engagement have snatched that awareness from our conscious access. Thus you are a direct element of the Cosmic Source incarnated into this glorious Earth Plane to remember and reawaken and reclaim the Whole Truth of You and put it into conscious action in your moments of living. As an infinite energetic being you are also here by choice to assist in facilitating the collective transformation of humanity in these early Aquarian Age days.

You are a divine spiritual being living in a remarkable human physical body vehicle with complete access to the fluid world of emotion and a magnificent mind that easily makes manifest your every thought and focus. With a host of unseen etheric support as well as a personal Source Connection in the Higher Self you are pioneering the conscious movement into fourth and fifth dimensional living. Connected with all of life in design and intent you are being redirected towards living fully in the moment to become a willing and full expression of Compassion, Gratitude, and Grace.

You are designed for perfect health, unwavering abundance, with a host of dimensional tools and powers to live in oneness with all of life. You are destined to fully wake up in your own time in accordance with your free will choices to consciously live in your aligned vibration as a unique frequency in a world that is completely of your own design. You are unlimited, unequivocally loved and cherished, filled with incessant wonder and imagination, fully capable of complete self care and unconditional love through your self cleansing and self repairing energetic bodies.

Let all of this in…and let’s see what else you are…

And now here are some specific statements to speak out loud as much as possible through your day. Doing so will replace anything that is of lower frequency in your thinking and beliefs at first. This will translate to a cellular adjustment that will alter how life shows up for you as well as how you show up for your own moments of living.

Here are some of the awakenings along the way that will lead you to and beyond the threshold of the Ascended State:

1. In the moment I am fully capable and willing to respond to that moment, finding the flow so I can move in the unfolding awareness of the gift before me.
2. I have unlimited access to support, information, new ideas, past lives, future lives, capacities, capabilities, and skills in all of those lives, insight, direction, inspiration, etc. in the now moment when I choose.
3. I am aware of and consciously choose to access all the earthly kingdoms and communities, as well as all the etheric, non-physical beings. I create relationship and live in expanded ways beyond the walls of previous agreements of limitation. This integration with all of life reveals the magnificent panorama of unified life that is available by design.
4. I am unlimited and unfettered by previous boundaries in time and space. I can travel in higher frequency ways to other dimensions and other times.
5. I sustain myself easily with expansive self care that keeps me always in my frequency of balance, centered, with immediate access to all my skills and knowings.
6. As I am fully connected with the source and expression of each of my emotions, I can meet, experience, and integrate the moment without compromise. I am eager to stand in any form as I am confident in my capacity to flow  with it, learning that which is mine to learn.
7. As my heart is fully open I can be present in a willing state of unconditional love for anyone who is before me. Sustained by my own self care and love I do not expect or need anything from others to make me OK, better, or Whole. My relationships are gratifying and nurturing. I am capable of being loving, compassionate, empathetic and clear throughout the many stages and permutations of connection with another.
8. I am in flowing relationship with the abundance and manifestation laws and processes of the multi-dimensional worlds. In my knowing that there is no lack I completely trust that what I require is already there. I am generous and compassionate and freely give and receive to keep the process in motion. I always have what I need.
9. I am in balance in all my energetic bodies. Complete health is an ongoing process that I maintain by my consistent self care and willingness to release any lower frequency energy each day before retiring. I enter rest clear and clean and knowledgeable about the potential learnings and courses I can manifest in the dimensional schools, allowing me to wake refreshed and able to apply and integrate the new teachings.
10. I trust life and all of its forms. I am not run by fear, but rather know that the forms of the moments are Higher Self orchestrations attracted to bring me to the next level of awareness and understanding. I respond to life, choosing to find the beauty in the moment, the gift that expands me vibrationally.
11. I engage whole heartedly in creation through song, dance, word, craft, and movement. Unfettered by low self esteem, I allow my self to express like a child who is loved, valued, safe, and free.
12. Trusting my safety, I do not hesitate to engage life. I set my frequency boundaries and call upon any assistance necessary to allow me to be fully present in the moment before me. My priority is to maintain or expand my frequency of vibration, ever leading me to a greater understanding of my True and Whole Self.
13. I easily and consistently apply my expansive knowledge of my energetic system, creating positive correlation between the expanded chakra system, meridians, energy bodies, and ideal frequency maintenance.
14. I nourish and nurture my deep, loving, protective relationship with my inner child self, engaging in regular communication and care that honors and celebrates the precious being in me. This allows me to be free of patterns and behaviors that are limiting or non-productive.
15. I am engaged in work that is fulfilling, fun, and in complete alignment with my intentions and agreed upon incarnational purpose. I am well compensated by the prosperous and abundant relationship I have with all life.
16. It is no longer useful or necessary to be seduced by the smokescreen of fitting in. It is me in my Wholeness that becomes the irresistible magnet for higher frequency alignments with others. Me, being me, is what attracts the like vibration entourage that mutually serves, celebrates, and sustains one another.
17. I am completely open to the blossoming reality of Oneness. My collective unification with Source allows me to also maintain and celebrate the unique frequency of I Am That I Am Expressing As Me to provide the experiences only I, with my personal frequency built from my own moments of living, can deliver.

Now, simply be the observer of what happens in and to you. Notice how it feels, what it activates within you, what your impulses of response are, how you are driven to action, which you resonate with, etc. This is a journey of reawakening that requires that you participate consciously. Do so…
